Hotel rooms are not up to the mark.

Not satisfactory.The staff was not cooperative.No hot water in the evening.

It was an average resort with expensive food and untrained staff. Overall hotel stay was below average satisfaction.

Slow services and poor management.

Hotel is good and in the heart of city.. staff is very friendly.. roof top restaurent is nery nice.

A very congested place. There is little space to move about outside the room, no sit out place at all. Also the construction is such that the ventilator of the bathroom we were using opened into another person's bathroom !!! And imagine our inconvenience when the other person was smoking in his loo, we could not use the bathroom due to the smell and also we could smell it right sitting on our beds. All the ablutions and other related sounds from other bathrooms and rooms were openly audible into our rooms.

The paper work is very much which must be everywhere. But the main concern is the service which is very very slow. If you order something you need to wait for at least 1 hour for that to come which is very bad if service has to be thought of.

House keeping service was not upto the mark. Service staff needs to be increased. Slow room and dining services seem to be because of staff shortage

Hotel was good. toilet was ill illuminated. outside noise and even the next room noise is disturbing.staff were very good and friendly.
