Hotel lacks basic amenities like hot water facilities, room furnishings. Room size is too small. Electric insulation is not proper.

Best hospitality by the resort.

The hotel is located very near the temple(walkable distance). Ample parking space. For tourists with car this is an ideal resort. It has two ATMs just outside. Even if one fails, you can withdraw money from the other(as it happened to me).The service is good in all respects. On the day of checkout(18-1-12)my train was at 17.10 hrs and my checkout time was 10 hrs. I told the hotel people that I would vacate at 16 hrs. They readily accepted and took only half day rent eventhough they are entitled to charge for the full day. If I revisit Shirdi, there is no need for me to search for another hotel.

It is an average hotel where you wont be able to get warm water all the day.

Although hotel is situated on the main road close to the shrine, the staff was neither courteaus, nor helpful. Washroom was not very clean and the room was mediocre. No dine in facility, so if you check in late in the evening with family, you have to rush to search a place for dinner. Not too may eateries arround though.

Service is not good, location is near to mandir.
