Hotel Kailash Parbat - Pure Veg Reviews, Mahabaleshwar

Stayed in this hotels for 2 nights, we were 5 adults, so occupied 2 rooms. Please avoid this hotel if you can. Only one pros: Good Location. Cons: 1.Dirty Hotel and Room 2. Service not quick and need to shout to get things done. 3. Food not available after 9 PM 4. TV do not function properly. No remote. 3. only few rooms has telephone. 4. Broken & very very dirty toilet. 5. Noisy room, can hear people talking and walking outside. 5. Most of the lights in rooms does not work. 6. Staff forget to keep floor mat, dust bin, bucket etc. 7. Had lot of problem with water because of some leakage issue. 8. Food quality too bad. 9. Very highly priced. 10. I check at least 6 to 7 rooms and condition for all rooms are same.

The hotel was very shabby and the staff was out of sorts. Only the food was ok. Otherwise not at all to be recommended hotel.

The room booked was so dirty that I have to update to available good room by paying extra amount. No menu selection for lunch & dinner.

Not good to pay 3800 rs. per night.
