Need to make their restaurant look better.It is dull.

Room, food and Service was not a problem. Only issue was music being played till early morning (2.30 AM) in some party in the hotel. Had to finally call the front desk to complain.

This hotel staff is ridiculous. They didnt allow my female friend to let my help with the luggage even if she said she would be back in s minutes.

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in my Life. Someone knocked at my door in the middle of the night and said that he wanted to check my toilet! In the morning when I got up to use the washroom there was no water. I made at least 10 calls at the reception and housekeeping but there was no result. Please keep away from this hotel by all means!

I have been to this hotel before also, it is nice, as far as location is concerned it is good within Chembur. Only one thing is disturbing, that some parties go on at the hotel's terrace till late night, with loud music. I even complained for it...only this should be looked at.
