The hotel is well budgeted. Rooms are good, neat and clean. The hotel location is far away from Hari-Ki-Pauri, but very near from railway station.

The hotel is located in a crowded area, for car parking one needs to negotiate narrow lane. My booking was for 3 bed air-conditioned room but the room did not have a third bed - an extra mattress was placed in a small space making the room crowded. The room was not well maintained; the paint was peeling off in a number of places. Only one towel was given, next day morning there was no water and the lift did not work. The TV audio was bad.

Avoid this hotel at any cost and be ware of the smooth-talking guy who runs this hotel.
