Centrally located resort, close to tourist attractions. But the room condition was not good.No value for money.

My room was really small and the Ac's dont have a remote or an ability to control.. The condition of the room was relally bad...but it is near sudder street...the main part of the city

Bad - Pathetic service - took us a day to get them to change the sheets and pillow covers...The geyser doesn't work. AC is fixed at 16 degrees. Bathroom is unsightly. Good - very close to the US visa office and VFS centre. Inexpensive yet delicious bengali restaurants near by. Taxis available. Room was very cool, with ot without AC. Bed is big enough for 3 adults. Overall, its decent!

Hotel is horrible. Thank god that I booked for only one night. I can't imagine myself staying there second night. I flushed out all my memories in this hotel. The room I stayed here is non AC. Since Kolkata is too hot, I recommend that please go for AC room. I did not know at the time of booking that it's Non AC. Coming to this Hotel, in Non AC room, fan should be in good speed, but itÂ’s horrible. I didnÂ’t have sound sleep whole night. Water flow was not proper in bath room. TV- no good channels. Hotel area is not good. No restaurant in the hotel, but they will bring it from outside if we order. My Room was not cleaned properly and the list goes on...I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel room and amenities are very very poor. This is not worth for money.

Good for a short stay.

It was a good experience staying with my family. The service was very good , hotel staffs were very polite. I had booked a Non AC room butthey shifted me to an AC room free of charge. Very few hotels do that.

Pathetic, dirty and the list goes on. Not worth the money. You would rather spend more and get a room worth living in. The hotel is no less than a dungeon.

If you want to spend the night at a very cheap price then only go to this hotel. The counter person was nice and helpful but the room is not something to talk about. Carry a mosquito coil or something similar as the hotel does not provide this and there are mosquitoes in Kolkata. Also carry bath towels and soap. The blankets provided did not look washed. Bed sheet and pillow covers were washed and clean. It is very close to the market area and hence if one just needs a place to keep ones baggage, do some shopping and leave - this is a good place.
