The hotel is nice and the food is excellent..

Breakfast should be hot

Was a bit hard to locate. Nevertheless after reaching the friendly staff made sure that everything goes well with our stay. Ambience is very good and so is cleanliness. I decided I would stay at this hotel every time I visit Pune.

They said they will get sandwiches ready by 6:15 AM and @ 6:30 AM it was not ready and we had to leave to catch a flight. Apart from that the stay was fabulous.

There was moisture in bed, pillow and blanket cover

Although well-located in Viman Nagar, the hotel needs to focus on finer details of housekeeping. Once this is done, the hotel has great potential. A temporary problem is construction next door which destroys the peace.

The rooms are pretty good and the service is excellent. It's hardly 5 mins away from the Hotel and has a new look. They were kind enough to extend my stay still evening. I will definitely stay in the same hotel next time too. I have personally seen the GM of the Hotel making Omlette for guests. Also, the manager drive me to the airport. This shows the regard they have for customers and how much they value them. Hats Off!! I have never seen such a level of service even in a 5 star hotel.

Location of the hotel was very much out of the way. Although they pick you up from the airport but when you have to come back on your own , its a job to locate the property. Construction wok going on adjacent to the hotel . One cannot stay and relax in the room till the time the construction is on but that thankfully is over strictly at 1800 Hrs. Staff was polite ,courteous and helpful The property is getting old and the signs of the same are quite evident..Rebuffing needs to be done for the lift and other areas of regular use

Service is definitely a plus point for them. Resturant service is also amazing.

A very nice budget hotel that seems to be a 3 or 4 star hotel at prime location. Just next to Airport & Symbiosis.
