Hotel Indraprastha Resort Reviews, Dalhousie

It is a newly constructed hotel with modern interiors, condition of rooms is good. The corridor has Italian flooring. Food was also satisfactory not excellent. Staff was courteous. Rooms for drivers were missing. Hotel has ample parking space for cars. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

We were received by a very cold reception. The staff were busy counting money then welcoming us. After some time we were directed to our room and then came the biggest shock. Although the room was nice I opened the curtains to find a wall as a view. Yes nothing but a wall. What a waste in a place like dalhousie. I called the staff and asked for an upgrade. The super deluxe room was nothing better. The room service was slow. I went for a spa treatment for backmassage. The next two days I had all red spots on my back and could not sleep on my back. Overall poor location very bad staff behavior. Worst hotel for the money spent. Bad experience.

Mountains view from the hotel is no doubt breath taking. I was actually mesmerized when I came out from my room and saw it. Overall its 2 star hotel basically. Staff is good and co-operative in every manner. Thumbs up for this hotel. Go and enjoy.

Paint from the walls of the room are coming out due to seepage. Mini bar is mentioned in the package but nothing was given by hotel in spite of complaining at room service. Centralized heaters are not working properly, mostly under maintenance work. Intercom didn't work for 2 days, called for room service every time at reception from my personal mobile. Room service guys are good and helping. Need to make 2-3 calls for room service. I will not recommend anyone to go for this hotel for more than 1 day as itÂ’s not value for money. Hotel location is good.
