Ok.. however the room needs better lights.

Reception was good. Bathroom was stinking.Not enogh lighting provided. Rest is ok.

Prompt service .

Overall the service standard of the hotel is not upto the mark.they have to improve it by leaps and bounds

The hotel is ok.

I had booked the hotel from 30th June to 3rd July. However, after booking the room I informed them that I will be reaching in Guwahati on 1st July, around 5 am. Hence, I will have the breakfast which comes along with the room service. The hotel representative agreed. However, after reaching the hotel with my family, I was informed that because I have checked in on 1st july, they will not provide me the breakfast. I told them about the conversation which I had with a hoetl representative, but they denied the same. I think the hotel should take care of the guest, instead of blindly denying the facts.

They need to give attention to the toilets, which some time stinks due to bad workmanship in piping / drainage.
