Best value for money; very friendly and helpful staff

Though I contacted the hotel reception no one responded well, though free pick up from Railway station was included in the booking no one responded for it, so I have suffer with my family late night at Amritsar station & managed to reach the hotel at 11:45PM

Reaching the hotel by car was not very difficult, considering it was in India, where SATNAV is still in its baby stage! The Hotel name was not that well known to street acquaintances. The Hotel reception was busy when we arrived. It didn't take very long for us to be checked-in. However, addition to the no. of receptionsit (there was ONLY one lady) would help ease this! The service at the cafe was good, but pricy! The worst experience was the next morning, when I needed hot water for my shower - it was not there! I complained, and after insistence, was allowed to use a bathroom in an adjoining room - the same result, i.e. No Hot Water. This spoilt my stay, and for which I shall not recommend it to others!! The reception had no words of apology for this.

Nice built hotel.Best hospitality is advantage in HK Clarks Inn. Only concern is in-room dining is little costly but quality of food is great.Overall satisfaction.

The room, bathroom, air conditioning, food and services a class apart. The only bad experience was at the time of check-in when a lot of guests checked in at the same time when the Swarna Shatabdi train arrives and they could not handle the situation and we literally had to struggle for getting the keys of our room. If the hotel improves on this front and handles such situation well, this is the place to stay while anybody is in Amritsar.

Swimming pool was not functional.

Excellent hotel to stay at in Amritsar. Freindly staff and customer oriented service. Star facility with a moderate price tag.
