Room Service Poor, Restaurant Service Poor. Quality of Food - Good.Should improve overall considering the brand.

Hotel is being renovated but as of now, the facilities in the rooms need to be improved.

You can expect delayed services. Overall ok. They allowed me 2 extra hours as delayed checkout. Value for money.

The room looks good but once you check in, you will come across certain issues, especially with the washroom. The drainage was faulty, there were dead insects lying in the washroom when we checked in. And to get all that done, I had to call room service at least 5-6 times, which did not work and eventually I had to speak to the manager directly regarding it. Do not expect hot water in the shower too, luke warm is what you will get. The toiletries stink so do not use it. The staff out there definitely needs more training. Looking at the positives, it is centrally located so it isnÂ’t very far from all the main places of interest. Food is slightly above average.

Excellent get up inside the lobby area, cafeteria & room. Service staffs are very friendly & well mannered. The food is good & well served. The travel desk appears to be somewhat costly compared to other tourist locations around India. Airport / railway one-way pickup/drop as complementary service will be more attractive. We liked our stay and hope to be in Hotel Hindusthan International again during our next trip to Varanasi.

If the hotel could arrange for pick up and dropping at the airport, and charges could be taken earlier the confusion at the airport could be avoided.

As already depicted we had a pleasant & comfortable stay at the hotel. The ancillary facilities were also good but the room service requires to be improved a lot and the bell boys should also be watched for quick response.

Just loved staying here. Am very happy with the services and the people.

Room service and the food served were very, very poor. But the breakfast and the service at the restaurant was great.
