In room refrigerator was empty. Toileteries were not complete. Single towel available in toilet. LCD was horrible. Cable quality was bad. Breakfast was good.

Please improve the showers in your bathroom and also the water supplied in the wash basin.

I think that when we go for booking a costly hotel, our main motive is service. About HHI, Bhubaneshwar I want to tell all other customers that I did not like the hotel service according to the money spend. I saw there is a spa in hotel when booking through make my trip but when i asked about it in reception they told me that there is no spa. I also feel that the room size was also small. The food was costly and also the service was bad. I think if anyone will spend this much money for a room he/she will definitely enjoy much better service from this hotel.
