Sorry that the hotel authorities did not support us to cancel our booking due to unfavorable condition in the region and the receptionist did not respond well for the same issue.

Our stay in this hotel was to our satisfaction. The food and service was up to the mark.

The room/hotel was clean, and the room service was excellent too.

The hotel is on a busy street with tons of hotels around, so if one is looking for some seclusion maybe this is not the street to stay on. However, the good part is that MG Road where the shops and eating joints are is at walking distance. About the hotel - rooms are big, staff is good and the food is cheap and tastes good.

The hotel is excellent and provides most hospitable environment to be in. The management the others are too courteous and are ready to offer their help. Food is just excellent and time spent there is true value for the money paid. However one must be cautious because it pampers your needs so much that you don't feel like stepping out and may not enjoy the real natural beauty of the most beautiful state in the country.

The hotel is located ideally with a better view of the valley, located 1 km away from MG Marg but there is no parking facility. The buffet breakfast is very limited with bread toast, sandwich and poori / aloo paratha. There is no lift and climbing three floors is painful sometimes. There is no travel desk facility. The hotel is definitely not a three star property but a 1 star or a 2 star property.

Service was excellent and personalised, laundry service was very efficient and meals reminded of our home.
