Hotel Himalaya Reviews, Nainital

Nice hotel but need lot of improvement.

Hotel is good.

We had booked this hotel for three days but we checked on 2nd day due to some reasons like: - Hotel was already booked by a large group and the group was enjoying late till 1 AM in the night on hotel terrace and we were unable to sleep properly because our room was on the top floor and when I lodged a complained with hotel manager in this regards but he was least bother about our complaints. - Hotel service is very very poor. - Hotel staff was really very ill mannered and behaved like non-professionals.

Hotel is one of the good hotels in Nainital. Its adjescent to the Bus stand. The hotel staff was very co-operative. They gave us options to choose the rooms and suggested the ones on the front with Naini lake view. The front wall of the room was all glass and had amazing view of Naini lake. We took boat just in front of the hotel, which dropped us on the other side of the lake to visit Naini Temple, etc. Overall, a very good hotel.

The hotel's location was superb but the staff needs to be trained.

Kindly make good arrangements for room atmosphere, as in room freshenerÂ’s spray and all of mosquitoes. So please do something about it.

Other than the lake view from the lake facing room and the location, the hotel is not worth paying so much.

Hotel is fair. But staff tried to mislead us.

Welcome drink was water. The room given to me was not suite although I paid for suite. Next day on my insistence a suite was given to me. Location wise and on all counts worst hotel in Nainital.
