Food was pathetic.

Quality of food is far from satisfactory. Room rates are expensive as per the standard of the hotel.

Cleanliness very poor

The service was 3rd grade , the house keeping was worst . When I had to remove my vehicle from the parking bay, inspite of informing the hotel staff 2 hr before it took them 4 hr to remove my vehicle. For this I had to stand near the hotel entrance pushing up the staff. The hotle is worst. I have waisted my money

I was not delighted with the hotel facilities. No arrangement of pre check in/pre checkout, Housekeeping not upto the mark, Washroom accessories not properly furnished.

The room is not worth the price paid for. The hotel was smelling bad. The towels and linen are very old and allergetic. Even though a coffee maker was provided, there is no power point near to it. I had to sit on the floor and make tea under the table. Even though I requested, they had not provided any transport for dropping to the nearby railway station (500 mts away). Breakfast was a bare minimum. The only good thing is the quality of food in this hotel.

Services and the behaviour of the whole staff is very rude.

Really not recommended to anyone. I never had such a bad experience with any hotel. Day 1 - Even after informing the hotel guys well before 24 hours my check-in time and requesting them to have my room ready. But, the room was not ready when we reached there and had to wait 20-25 minutes for that. Room Condition: Pathetic. Washroom was dirty, no A/C or ceiling fan, just a pedestal fan [thatÂ’s when I booked a Mini Suite]. Almirah, furniture was broken and window Glasses were broken. Room Service: Very bad. Even after giving my keys at 11 am, when we got back at 5 in the evening, the room was still pending to be cleaned up. Food: Horrible. Not many options. Everytime you try to order something, they will say itÂ’s not available. Guys will refuse to serve you in their restaurant. Only good thing was the hotel location, near proximity to Bus Stand, Railway Station and Mall Road.

The hotel is not maintained at all and the service is pathetic. For each request we had to give a call at least three times and the waiters behaved as if we are asking for something we havenÂ’t paid for. WouldnÂ’t recommend it to anyone.
