For sure I won't visit the hotel again. The wall paints are off and there are water marks all over, the bed sheets are dirty and old and so are the blankets, the restaurant is not functional.

Friendly staff but not worth the money.

Rattling sound heard from bath room door during night hours due to wind effect.

The hotel's condition is shabby to say the least. There is no good view from any of the rooms . Room service was OK. Only plus point is the food of the restaurant Mountain Mist . I would recommend everybody to stay out of this hotel , but take food at Mountain Mist

Although the hotel was situated in heart of city but the way rooms has been handled and taken care of was simply pathetic. Out of four bulbs only one was in working condition. services was poor to such an extent that customer has to wait for one hour or more to get the food. Moreover the rooms as shown in the website does not at all resemble with the actuals. Overall experience very poor and would not like to experience it again
