No discipline by other occupants, due to which our sleep was disturbed.

Nice hotel in a good location. Accessible to shops. There is a restaurant but you will not get south indian food, need to come out to Ambika Tiffany which is 200 metres from the hotel. Room service is good.

Torn sheets, dirty plates and spoons are better avoided!

No hot water being a hill station.

I am a frequent traveller and this was one of the worst experiences I had with any hotels. First I will talk about the facilities and then I will share some of the problems that I faced at the hotel. Facilities Rooms: The room that was given to me initially had seepage and water leaking from the roof. I had no option but to fight with the staff to change my room. However even after changing the room it was a nightmare as the bedsheets in the new room were torn off. This room that they call Double Deluxe had no hot water facility and when I asked them for a bucket of hot water they took precisely 1 hr to get me a bucket of hot water. Now on the staff front: More than half of the staff speaks only the local language and does not understand Hindi or English. When I asked a staff for cleaning the room then he got me towel instead.

Room (Double Super Deluxe) was pretty good (clean and spacious), they had geyser in the room, so that we could get hot water any time. They gave proper directions to the hotel when called, staff were always helpful. Check-in was smooth. Hotel is close to bus stand and major attractions of the town. On the flip side, there is no lift. Parking space is limited to 4 Cars. Tariff is on the higher side for their facilities. There is no backup generator. Overall satisfied with the stay, I would recommend the hotel for short stay (with family).

The hotel is located in the heart of Coorg Madikeri. It was the best option for me to stay in a good hotel like Hill View as many of the sightseeing places are located nearby Madikeri. The other thing was hotel service was very good.100 % value to my money.

The hotel was in very good condition and also the room service was good. The hotel is only a 10 minutes walk from the Madikeri Bus Stand. Auto will cost Rs. 15. The hotel had a restaurant called ‘Kings Way’ which served only average food. And the service at the hotel was also average. For breakfast/dinner you can prefer Hotel Ambica Tiffanay which is very close to the hotel. They serve only Dosa and Idly which are good.

ItÂ’s a real budget hotel. Everything is just good.

Hotel is located at a good location. Services were good. Rooms are spacious and worth for the money spent. But one problem I faced was parking area is not good for this hotel. Then one more is that generator backup was also not good. Other than that it is good in all aspects.
