The hotel was decent. We had booked the basic most room. The room was actually a Pigeon Hole; but for the rent we spent u cant expect anything better in Mumbai. Not that they don't have a bigger rooms. But since we had booked a small room they had not prepared the bigger room accordingly. The room was very clean. The stay was very short, but in the short period we got good room service. The food was also pretty good. In short, if u have a busy schedule and are looking to spend only the late hour in the hotel. Go for it, not very far from either of the airports.

Honestly, it was a total dissappointment. Can you believe it that there was just a half metre gap in the alley way to the room. The ceilings were having rusted iron support, electrical sockets were hanging out, bath fittings were not washed for probably years, blankets were smelly, curtains were covering only half the window which were not washed in ages and the rooms were like hautnted boxes of concrete. The moment I walked into the room, I decided to go out and spend the evening elsewhere, just returned to sleep. One thing that made me really sad was that after arriving at mumbai I saw the news at the airport which was highlighting the desperate shortage of water in mumbai. I couldnt believe my ears when I called the reception as to why there was no hot water coming from the taps, to which he replied Just waste 2 to 3 buckets of water by keeping the water running and then the hot water will come. Sorry, I had to do the same, I needed the shower badly.

Sorry to say, but it is waste of money to stay in this hotel. We have booked Deluxe Suite and hotel had provided Standard AC room on check-in, when objected then, they had changed it.

Right next to the airport if that is what you are looking for (only 10 minutes away). The hotel is so hard to find that every trip back means the auto-rickshaw have to make multiple circles. Very basic hotel with acceptable cleanliness, but don't ask for more.

The hotel and room were passable, but the service was quite good. The room was clean, the room attendant was polite and prompt. Even though I arrived past midnight, they arranged for a decent late-night snack. The location of the hotel is poor, but it is within a few minutes of both the international and domestic airports, which helped. Overall not too bad an experience.
