Hotel High Pointe Reviews, Jodhpur

Excellent.

Very near from Railway station. Very friendly staff. Prompt service. Rooms were very clean and fully furnish with all necessary furniture. Food was very delicious. Have enjoyed night dinner on roof with large screen theatre. Also, hotel has variety of value added service like indoor games playing room; excellent temple, mini shopping mall and many more. Could be improve on TV (Was very small and broadcast was very blurry). Highly recommended.

The manager kept my change and took it for tip without my permission.

The hotel is quite near to the station, room is good. Stayed there for only 1 night. Restaurant was not available, food was served in the room only. I had booked thr room for my family which includes my child. Had to call the room service thrice to get the pillow and blanket for my child.

As per the room concerned, the hotel is over priced.

The hotel itself is on the fifth floor, so when you enter the building go straight to the elevator and head up there to check in. We had booked online, but apparently they never recieved the booking or it had been misplaced, because they weren't expecting us. However, after a bit of confusion they set us up in a room and it was taken care of as far as we were concerned. There was wifi internet available in the lobby area for Rs.100 a day that worked well. The room had rather dirty walls and was small, but other than that it was fine. There was a bit of street noise at night, but we've experienced worse. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good I thought.
