Probably the worst one I have ever stayed into.

Great hospitality and excellent value for money. They even offered early check in and extended check out without any charges. The breakfast was excellent.

The service of the hotel is very poor. Nothing is for vantilation.

Location is near the Golden Temple and makes it easily accessible. There was load shedding due to which generator was activated and only the fan could be operated. The AC could not be operated for a few hours in the day. The room was well decorated but had a lingering pungent odour. The windows were sealed and there was no ventilation as such. There was no lift available for the senior citizen. The Hotel staff was cooperative and on the whole, for a one-two day trip, the experience is satisfactory.

Hotel is situated close to Mandir and staff are courteous.

While the overall experince is good, however 1) The hotel does not have Kitchen/restaurant of its own. 2) Rooms in the hotel does not any windows.

It is a value for money. They also took Rs 1400/- for transfer from Rly station and city tour + waga border

Neat and compact room, but complete lack of amenities. Hotel service is ridiculously slow and inattentive.
