It was a bad experience.Poor room condition.Would never like to stay in this hotel again.

It is second time to stay at gulmarg. The hotel is very close to mall road . Staff is good and cooperative. It is a budget hotel. Nice experience.

Very poor maintenence and food quality is not upto the mark.

Rooms was not clean,washroom was full of insects,no doubt location s good...i was only booked this hotel because of location n moreover please work on interior of rooms dear...its too bad...tv was also not good...sorry to say hotel experience was too bad....

Hotel location is good. This hotel has parking facility which is a big benefit for people who are traveling by their own conveyance. I got a valley facing room hence it was a good choice and gave me value for money. Other rooms are shabby and not very clean. I went in off season, hence the room rent was very low. In peak season the room rents shoot up drastically and then will be not a good choice to live in such rooms. Food quality was not good but then I hardly ordered any thing. Staff is good and cooperative. To sum it all up, location and parking facility is a big +.
