Hotel Green Park Reviews, Ranchi

The room was very small. We did not feel like it was value for money.It just had 1 bed and one chair. We had to eat our food on bed as there was no centre table. There was hardly any space to walk and bathroom was also too tiny. The shower was just above the toilet. Service was good and food was good but we got it after one hour of ordering even if there was no other guests to serve for them.

Nice people but room very small and box like.

The reception was friendly and the bell boy was courteous in storing the baggage and explaining the use of the remote switches, etc. The room service was unique as it included a water proof sheetspread over part of the bed. The food service was placed over this. The bedsheets were washed but had stains. The floor could have done with vaccuuming. The experience at Green Park, Ranchi was very good.

Hotel was very nice. Room was very good and staffs are very pleasant and good hospitality service provided to the customer. Restaurant was very good and I appreciate the room service provided by the hotel. I like the hotel and itÂ’s absolutely value for money.
