Better Service...

Good location, Service is good . Value for money for business customers

Filthy room. Phone out of service so I had hard time ordering food. Some items in the food order missing. Don't stay there even if you get it for free.

Good for staying for 1/2 nights and if you are going to spend most of the time sightseeing outside the hotel. Within 3 km from CST Station is a good location for rail journey. The rooms are basic with basic service and food. Not recommended for Honeymoon couples.

It should the last option.

One basically goes for hotel accommodation for rest at night and for getting rest at morning. The 24 hr room service really counts here.The accommodation at such a good location and at this price is really good.

Hotel's selling point is its location. South Mumbai location at such cheap rates is what you need.Near to grant road station and accessible to any point in Mumbai.

The Hotel offers a fairly good experience for the price charged. The staff are quite friendly. Though the property is old and could do with more maintenance, the room and toilets are clean and neat. The food is good. The location is prominent and surounded by markets. The hotel is location within walking distance from the Chowpatty beach.

Location of the hotel is closer to major areas like Prabhadevi, Churchgate etc. Minor issue was locality though which is not one of the best (which also is a little typical of Mumbai 1-2 star hotels). Service though was excellent. Staff was very courteous and I was impressed by their dedication to provide service. Room was ok - acceptable given the price. Overall, I would say it was value for money and staff service made it better.
