Good rooms but location of the hotel is in a very crowded area on a small lane.

Busy and crowded location. Bad sound proofing in rooms and could hear the music being played in the basement until 4th floor. Telephone did not work quite a few times when required. Long wait for hot water and had to call housekeeping to rectify it. Value for money only to tourists who donÂ’t mind inconsistent service, busy and noisy location.

We arrived at the hotel by train. No difficulty faced whatsoever in tracing the hotel as it was well known to local taxi and auto rickshaw drivers. Also it was in close vicinity of the railway station. We got a Deluxe Room against the Standard Room booked by us. The room was quite spacious having attached drawing hall and balcony with swing. Housekeeping was excellent. Behaviour of reception and keepers was excellent. It was very good value for money. Only limitation was non availability of gardening space and swimming pool. Good restaurant for non vegetarians. Overall rating is excellent.
