Very dirty condition of the hotel

Worst experience till date. No water supply, flush not working on washroom. No AC when light is gone. Food is not good.

A very small hotel. I booked a Luxury Room which was offered only with an air-conditioner that was very small and didn't have any cooling effect. There was no restaurant nearby the hotel and the only restaurant was of hotel only. The food there was disaster and much costlier than any good restaurant in Delhi. It was like everyone in the hotel is trying to loot you. My suggestion is better to look for any other hotel.

There was no backup of electricity. They took air-conditioned charges and there was no electricity for 6 hours.

I had booked the hotel room for my father who is 63y old and his friend. They have appreciated the hotel room, its condition and the services rendered to them. I was worried about their stay as they are old fashioned and conservative in mindset. Their satisfaction and praise of the hotel has made my hotel room booking through Makemytrip very satisfactory.
