It was good and should be maintained as it is being maintained right now.

The Hotel room is the only good part during our stay. The hotel didn't provide us the necessary information about the local sightseeing. Moreover they charged us 1800 for local sight seeing. Also the staff at reception didnt provide us the correct information about Amritsar Manali route and suggested us to go to Chandigarh and then to Manali and charged us 4K for Amritsar Chandigarah taxi which when discussed with friends, should be 3K max. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was very clean and neat. It has a very nice Chinese restaurant and outdoor bar. The waiters were very helpful and polite. Food was very good.

We had great stay in this hotel. This was our first stay in Amritsar and we really enjoyed specially because of the hotel services. Whenever we will make next trip to Amritsar, we are quite sure it's gonna be the same hotel. Excellent staff and services.

I've stayed in this hotel 3 times earlier and this time stayed for 1 night and I still say that it is total value for money. Hotel is located very close to railway station which makes it very convenient to approach. In the evening you can just take a walk and you will reach the market area. Hotel has couple of restaurants which serve different cuisines and the food quality is actually very good compared to other hotels. Hotel has a Bar also called 'Behind Bars' which serves all kinda drinks and they are very reasonably priced. Staff efficiency was very good all over. I'd totally recommend this hotel to everyone. Hotel stay was pleasent and I will recommend it to friends travelling in area. Breakfast service was also good.

The Hotel is really Grand and we the customers can enjoy the Legacy of some very fine service and delectable food preparations. The minor irritant is only the train whistle that one can hear as the hotel is in close proximity to the station. We would definitely stay there again.
