Location was quite good near the railway station. Clean, staff was friendly and restaurant was good. Room was quite simple, but good value of money.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They arranged a pick-up for us from airport and helped us with local sightseeing arrangements. Very good experience altogether.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Railway Station. The ambience was good and outlook was modern. The restaurant menu had a wide choice and was reasonably priced. The food quality and standards were upto the mark. The room service and housekeeping staff were courteous. Another brilliant service provided by the hotel was the free Wi-Fi internet. It does help a lot especially if someone is on a business tour. The only negative point I can think of are the reception staff, who were not courteous enough as one would expect in a hotel claiming to have 3 star service.

The hotel staff was very cooperative and we were delighted by exceptionally good quality of complimentary breakfast in highly neat and clean restaurant. However, the condition of air-conditioner in Room No.307 needs some improvement as air controlling flaps were defective.

Had a pleasant stay with good service offered round the clock to us.
