This is a very good stay at a great place. Rooms are very clean and well decorated. we enjoyed full view of the Kanchenjunga from our room. The Hotel restaurant and food quality are also very good. Manager and all the staff are very cooperative.

Behaviour of the hotel staffs was bad. Quality of food was extremely poor.

Most indiscipline staff. The manager was unprofessional, rustic, rude and basic etiquettes were missing in him. It appears that someone sitting in Kolkata has only one motto to make money.
