Hotel GENESIS Reviews, Jaipur

The hotel is outside the city and it took more than an hour to find the location only after calling the hotel reception. This is certainly not 4 star hotel. However the staff were service was good.

It is highly derogatory to term 4 star, services are the worst/staff pathetic, no idea to serve customer, cannot be compared even with single star hotel!

The location of the hotel is very far from the main city...never visit in this hotel in the near future..

Room not clean. Tea maker is very untidy. Heater not working.

We had a very good and pleasant stay at hotel genesis, Jaipur. they offered very good hospitality. Our overall experience was excellent.

Hotel cafe, service and food were really bad but no doubt room was good.

The pictures on their website showed that the hotel rooms are very good and in fact they are. ItÂ’s a good budget business hotel. The first shocker came when I took a prepaid taxi from the airport for Vaisahli Nagar, but the hotel is actually more than 6 kms from there and on the outskirts of the city. There is nothing much near by as itÂ’s a new developing area called Kanak Vrindavan. Also this hotel is more like service apartment than a hotel. The room is very clean and all facilities are working perfectly (AC, TV, geyser etc.). The staff is courteous and very helpful. Overall a good place but only if you are there on business trip. The industrial areas of Jaipur are in close proximity.
