The hotel was fine.

The hotel reception does not contain any travel information brochure/catalogue/map/pics of Kalimpong. They could not provide me the list of siteseeing places. The food is very basic. We had to eat outside hotel only due that. Hotel staff need to be more professional. Drinking water contained impurities, so had to order mineral water bottle every time. Bathroom is so small, water gets chocked.

Hotel services was appalling. No proper service was there and hotel staff disturbed us by knocking on the door without any reason. We had to ask for a cup of tea about 10 times and after all that nagging we only got a cold pot of tea which was just unbelievable. Breakfast was also cold and not really edible. I would not recommend anyone to visit this hotel ever!

In terms of hotel service and food the hotel was very bad in taste, if you are planning to choose the hotel for trip, please do food arrangement on own or do it outside. Service quality is very bad. Hotel condition is good as per location.
