More cleanliness in hotel room can be done.

The hotel is located at very good location. The connectivity to har ki pauri is also good. The room decor and cleanliness was good. The meals were good. The only need to improve is in the etiquettes of their staff. They need to be trained properly how to serve, how to enter the guest rooms, how to maintain privacy when families are involved.

Good luxury hotel, but small swimming pool. Parking facility available. Staff very friendly. Food is good. Best hotel in Haridwar.
