Hotel is located at a nice location in Agra, in proximity to Taj Mahal and fort.Decent lobby, good ambience in restaurant and bar, above average rooms. The restaurant is a bit expensive, the menu has most cousines but less on variety, and there is scope for improvement on quality. Complimentary breakfast includes American, continental, etc but the variety is less. Overall a pleasant experience, I would stay there again and would recommend to others.

Very bad experience in my life.

Good thing about this hotel is its location and restaurant. Rooms were old 'n washroom needs lot of up-gradation. With one old cable television connection which was not working it might spoil your ideal time at the room. Beds were attached together and they were very small for a family of three. City view from window was blocked by another building.

Location in walking distance to the Taj Mahal. The hotel corresponded to description on the website and our expectations as well.

The best advantage that Hotel Ganga Ratan offers is the location of its premises. It is barely half a kilometer from the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort allowing for easy access to the monuments. A number of handicraft shops and eating joints are also located nearby. The hotel presents a mid- budget offering with 3 categories of rooms ranging from Rs.1000 upwards. The rooms are neat and clean and the restaurant serves decent food. The service can be a little dodgy at times and one should confirm their booking before arrival. They also arrange for cabs for sightseeing. Overall the convenience of being close to the most important locations makes this a great choice.
