Located at the busy location of south Mumbai this hotels provides an economic option for stay although the condition of hotel can be upgraded the owner seems to be satisfied with present status. i saw other reviews mentioning about Moulds and all the rooms were alike. Ideal for someone looking for economic stay in Malabar hills and near marine drive area

Great location, in walking distance from Marine Drive but not very professional reception staff (looking at facebook sites). The rooms are mouldy, we had a look at other rooms too - also mouldy walls, mouldy cushions and the blankets. Seems they hadn't been washed in a long time. The hotel was quite noisy at night. Breakfast was okay.

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. The staff, room condition, service all are equally bad. This hotel must be avoided. It's like a sleazy hotel meant for people who want the rooms at hourly basis for doing illegal things. Please avid it.

Beds of the size of a stretcher; extremely unprofessional front office; irresponsible staff; cramped rooms. Only advantage is the excellent location for which alone the tariff is little high.

The difference between the Deluxe Suite and Standard Suite is not much. With regard to the ammenities provided, they are almost same. But there is a much difference in the rates. Otherwise hotel, location was nice.

Everything was fine with the hotel. Rooms were clean but were smelling a little and they need to be little more spacious.
