Hotel Emerald Inn Reviews, Munnar

The hotel is located in a bye-lane near the city center. It is therefore within easy reach of the town, being at the same time out of the range of commotions. The Parking space is adequate. The rooms are quite good and the service people courteous. 24 hours hot water and television were two good features. All in all, a good experience.

The room was small. I spend around Rs1900 for a day. For the money the facilities was not good. Breakfast was poor

This is a budget hotel. They have taken great care in making up everything right from the quilts to linen and curtains. Their tariff is like a luxury hotel but it is not a luxury hotel as such. Nevertheless you do not regret because rooms are done up nicely. For the tariff they charge I felt they should have provided heaters during winters, which they do not. There is a complimentary breakfast which has limited options but the supply is good and taste is nice.

The hotel has good ambience. The location is also very near to town and accessable. Rooms are little congusted. Peak rates are on the higherside. Rooms are kept clean and tidy. Food is very good. Staff very pleasing with good manners.

It's a honeymooners and tourists delight alike. Every room has an impeccable view from the window (and ours was the best); thanks to the awesome location of the hotel. Young couples especially will miss the place once they receive the warm service from the staff. We would recommend it to all those who are looking for a hotel location with excellent view but also close to town and that which offers value for money.

Not worth.

The hotel is value for money. It is just a walking distance to market. Breakfast is purchased from market and then given to you. Otherwise good stay.

Hospitality at the hotel is excellent.
