Very good location, clean and maintained hotel. Very cooperative staff, restaurant is good. Also very humble and caring staff as they made food as per my requirement for my baby which is not in their menu.

It was a nice experience altogether. Especially I want to mention about the food. Though I am a non vegetarian and the restaurant offers vegetarian food, still enjoyed the taste a lot. Service in general and behaviour of the staff are excellent. Will definitely recommend this stay.

The allotted room was changed due to bad condition of taps etc. and the size of the room was not unto the mark but the new room allotted was spacious and well equipped. The service was good and so was the food. Location of the hotel is ideal and staff is very cordial. Lift was available always.

Hotel was pretty decent, if you're looking for budget category it makes for a good choice. You'll have to keep your expectations real and you'll end up satisfied. One thing worth mentioning is the food. Although, only vegetarian, the food was some top class stuff. We stayed in the hotel for most of our trip as Ajmer has very less to do. Each time the food surprised us. One thing which subtracted to my overall satisfaction was, they didn't accept the food bill through credit card and I had to pay it cash.

Bath fitting of toilets are so poor, even 20 years old bath fitting are better then this.

Mouse died for a week and no cleaning room. Trust me I donÂ’t suggest this hotel at all.

The hotel was not at all up to mark. Staff was rude. They did not let us have breakfast which was included as per the Hotel Voucher. The rooms were not clean. We had to change our room at night due to short circuis. The hotel was not helpful in arranging taxis etc. It was a nightmare to live in this hotel.
