Though the hotel was rated as 3 star, it was just an ordinary hotel. My booking was for the deluxe AC room with extra bedding, but the room given to me was smelly and too small to fit any extra bed or to even move around. I was left with no option other than to get super deluxe room and pay extra charge. Even this room was smelly as well and dirty but had little space to move around. The bed sheets were not clean at all. When I asked for extra bed, I was offered a foam matteress with torn, dirty and smelly cover to be laid on bare floor. On complaining about it, I was told that they would put a white sheet over it but that is the only matteress they can offer. I refused to take the extra bed but had to pay, and had to manage with the only bed in room. The bathroom was dirty too. On checkout, I was not given any receipt for the extra money Rs.400.

Hotels does not look like a three star hotel.

The location was good but the charges for non-ac rooms was too high. The toilets should be cleaned and well-maintained to attract more visitors.
