Hotel is in poor state. There is no restaurant where you can order food. On power back up even fans dont work. SAD experience.

ItÂ’s not a hotel, itÂ’s a paid Dharamshala. Neither they have in-house restaurant nor they have room service. Only tea and bread butter is served in breakfast. They have all arrangements for groups like buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner but they do not allow individual room bookings even on payment basis. Highly useless place to stay with. I will never recommend this property to anyone. From outside the hotel looks ages old.

Room service needs improvement.

Rooms were dirty and not cleaned. Foods were of very poor quality. Srinagar has much better hotels at much lower rates.

The only good thing is hotel attendants are good and response to your query immediately, otherwise this hotel is not preferable. I am not satisfied. They donÂ’t have ready preparation for food, over priced food. Rooms are not catchy; no one will like it at a first glance. Again the attendants are very good and response quickly to your need.

The extra person charges apply from 6 years of age onwards in this hotel, which is not a standard practice as compared to other cities. The extra person charges should apply from 12 years of age onwards.
