A very good budget hotel. Value for money. Just they need to improve the conditions of the toilets. Rest all as per expectations from a Budget Hotel..

As I booked this hotel for new year celebrations for 2N 3D I am not satisfied with the location of the hotel as this is situated far away around 2 kms from main market or mall road and its normally gets difficult to reach there from hotel or come back to hotel. Availability of auto or cabs is not proper only few comes this side supply on evening and the condition of bathroom's are not good...

The hotel service was excellent and the taxi provided by them for local sight seeing and other tours near manali was excellent and lower than other vendors in the market. The people / staff in hotel was very good and cooperative. They were very helpful. In all it is a value for money deal.

Good things about the hotel are the room-service boy Harish (he was excellent!) and the Paranthas in the breakfast. Also the tea was good and the location is excellent. But, the guy at the reception desk was most of the time missing; picked up the phone on the 3rd call. The quilt-cover, Bed-sheet and pillow-covers were dirty. So if you can manage small adjustments and carry your own air-pillow and a bed-sheet, this hotel is value for money.

I checked-in yesterday to this hotel. Conditions are completely unacceptable and deplorable.I had no choice but to check out and leave the property due to the bad condition of the hotel. Bed was stained and dirty with hair and nails. Walls were stained and smeared. TV had a film and remote was sticky. Door had a hole with a chain and lock on it. It is unacceptable to pay for accommodations that do not meet minimum decent standards, so much so that the guest is repulsed and has to leave.

Hotel did not provide good rooms. The mirror was broken. Towels & Bed sheets were very dirty.

Staying experience is excellant and got natural view from each corner of the Hotel. All representative of Hotel from service boy to reception are always helpful and supportive. I would like to mention Mr Lalit's name who is a gem of person for travellers who is always prefered to give proper suggestion and always given guidance for saving the cost. Hence we liked staying at Hotel and will recommend the same. Food is excellant and always served hot. Overall experince is a dream staying in Hotel Dreamland.

The hotel is very far away from the bus stand and it costs Rs. 40 every time in auto rickshaw to move to and fro.

The hotel location is good, but hotel rooms are very smelly and dirty. Television and phone was out of order. It was a bad experience to stay there.

It was very worst experience. Rooms allotted were on 4th floor in spite of requesting for lower floor. Room service was zero and one room was good and one room was in bad condition this was first exp when I paid same charges for both rooms.
