I reached hotel on the day at around 12:30 pm and I received only two rooms with air-conditioner not working. The third room provided after 1:30pm after rigorous follow up. I received my extra mattress which was booked as bed on around 10:30pm at night after multiple reminders. Air-conditioners do not work through out the day I stayed. Almost no food is available from menu of the hotel provided and food they provide is pathetic in taste with very high cost. I was in a vacation with my parents and my uncle's family. They were very aged with this kind of insane standard hotel with no service is not at all acceptable by them and me.

Garden was too good, service also excellent and atmosphere was unforgettable. Overall it was a nice experience.
