Poor standard of maintenance, very poor breakfast, no complimentary mineral water which is bare minimum.

Hotel is very old, foul smell in the room, cockroaches on the seemingly oldest lift. Will try to find a better hotel next time

Location is the major plus and very conveniently located right next to The Taj. Room was small but clean. The age is showing but decent place to have a safe night stay.

Needs renovation. Specific issues: - Door latch did not work Fan did not work - Shower was not functional - Room condition did not befit a 3 start hotel - Have come across more courteous staff in similar hotels in Mumbai
