First the rooms are very neat nd clean and the room service was very quick. The management is very helpfull and even the food is very tasty.Overall its worth money.

This hotel was a really pleasant surprise, especially after reading some of the other reviews - perhaps they are now trying harder, if so it is paying off! My room was directly off the reception area but noise was not an issue. Food was tasty and great; free wi-fi was very reliable, maybe the strongest signal I've had in an Indian hotel. I would recommend this establishment. Chandigarh is also a very interesting and different city for India, very weird but most enjoyable.

Hotel Diamond Plaza is a good place for stay in Chandigarh, especially for families. The room in which we stayed was spacious, neat and clean. The room service was excellent, and they did the cleaning every day without hesitation. The bathroom has round the clock running hot and cold water. Though the hotel does not have a restaurant, they have a kitchen which provides nice food through room service, and breakfast is complimentary with lot of options. I recommend this hotel for MakeMyTrip members.

Diamond plaza hotel looked small but it gave me a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well-furnished. Overall, I give it a 8.5 out of 10.

This hotel is located in the city and hence is well connected. Only problem is it does not have very scenic view. The rooms are small but still it has all the necessary basic amenities. This for the price this hotel is good.

It's an okay but considering there is only one 5 star hotel in the city (atleast from what I have seen) and rest all hotels looks all same. They search a pretty good fruit basket on arrival but they did not replenish it on the next day. They called a cab for sightseeing the city which turned out to be very good one.

A decent budget hotel for those who do not wish to spend too much time in the hotel room. The hotel condition is little run down, however the friendliness of the staff makes up for it. The food served is quite good and the menu has a lot of options. The hotel management however will need to work on the interiors and ambience to keep up with the market competition.

The hotel called up to say that they are overbooked and will accomodate me in group hotel - City Plaza in Sector 17 C. I had no choice but to accept as I was travelling the next day of my booking. The alternative was outright cheap quality hotel and not the worth of money that we paid for.

It was experience. Water was dripping from the room AC and there was no power back up even the power cut was frequent. The bathroom seat was damaged. Pathetic hotel.
