Hotel staff members were very cooperative, friendly and ready to help as much as they can. Being advocate of good environmental practices, I would however, suggest the hotel management to pay more attention to be more environmental friendly. For example, not removing towels unless asked, water faucets and fixtures were leaking and not helping to conserve the scarce water. The main power switch should be able to switch off the power in the room when guest is out. The air-conditioner was always on unless a guest makes an effort to find the switch and switch it off.
