Breakfast options in hotel needs to be more improved. Very less options. No hot water from hot water tap. No courtesy stay extension for few hours offered even though rooms were unoccupied. Hotel stay was good.

It was not at all a 3 star hotel. Toilet was not clean, mini bar refrigerator was not working, AC was not effective.

Maintained rooms, good to stay in a prime location rather than being away from the city, best for official visits as i had work in the city itself.

Sub-standard hotel.

We would not recommend Hotel Dev Corporate to anyone. The staff was neither friendly nor courteous. The location was the best as it centrally located. When we arrived the room was not ready. It was smelly and when we asked to change the room, we were told all the rooms are the same. The safety box in the room was broken and they had to change the box. The service was very slow when we asked for anything. After a couple of days, we noticed the washroom was smelly and we asked the room service to come and clean and disinfect and after the cleaned up, I found the sink waste trap was opened. This is where the smell was coming from. The breakfast consisted of all vegetarian food and there was no variety. Tea was always cold, and when we asked for hot tea they would just re-heat the same tea that was in the kettle. Not only that the guy behind the counter would pour the tea for us in Styrofoam cups; and kept an eye on what we had. This same guy would move the food with his bare hands. The tables in the dining room were dirty and so were the chairs which we would have to wipe before we set down. This hotel is not maintained and no maintenance is ever done. As for maintenance, I have the photograph which I took of the door that was off the hinges. If you would like to see it, please let me know and I will provide with a copy. We were not impressed with this hotel at all. We have seen and been to some 3 star hotels but this one is out of the world. This hotel needs a major face lift.

The hotel has an excellent location; the infrastructure is also good, though maintenance and service is slack. Also the buffet breakfast does not live up to the expectations. In all it was a good experience minus the breakfast.

The hotel was complete value for money. It was the first time I ever enjoyed a hotel more then its rating (3 star). Any call for service, i.e food / amenities was answered in less then 10 minutes.

Check-in was smooth. Staff was courteous. Room was spacious and clean with minibar, LCD and satellite television. Clean washroom and nice shower. With the price of 2.8k per day, the hotel was value for money and is highly recommended.
