The hotel is well placed. The rooms are good and spacious. However general cleanliness and overall service is pathetic to the least.

Rating

The hotel was really good. Location was right in the heart of the city. Rooms were also good. Only negative thing was its breakfast, which did not have variety. Just one juice, one small bowl of fruit was kept, idli, cutlets were kept in the buffet breakfast. However the restaurant manager was very nice and specially got made whatever we wanted. Was really a good experience and the staff was also helpful.

Excellent suite, I have never seen this kind of suite at this price. Even better than a five star hotel.
