Hotel Delamere Reviews, Gangtok

It's really value for money, staffs were friendly and co-operative in spite of a dull outlook and very hard to find initially. Afterwards I realized location is indeed good as its just few steps away from M.G. Marg or City Center. Hotel staffs were co-operative.

The hotel was good with good location. But there was no room service for food,even for lunch and dinner you have to go outside or need to carry order it from outside. Staffs are very cooperative.

Some of the staff were rude and not very helpful.

Stay was too short

Hotel's location was not good. Hotel has not provided me value for money. I booked super delux room but I was provided delux room. Approached the reception counter, lady sitting on counter told me that you have booked delux room. Hotel provides lunch only on buffer system not on order system, so had to run to and fro for lunch all three nights. No helpers were sent to my taxi to pick luggage I had to do it myself. I would not recommend even a person with small family to choose this hotel.
