Great service, awesome infrastructure. Very helpful and supportive staff.

Overall stay experience was good.

I have booked an executive room but they gave me a deluxe room by mistake. Moreover my hotel voucher said that I had lunch/dinner and b'fast free. Still there was confusion and they were coming up with bills. Then they were telling starter is not free etc etc which basically irritates you. We asked for a taxi at the reception and they told it'll be available only after an hour and you have to book right now. There was no taxi or auto in front of the hotel so it was inconvenient. The only good part of the hotel was food and overall decor of the hotel were excellent.
