This Hotel is situated at strategic location. Hence view from hotel room (especially corner rooms) is awesome. Hotel is at walkable distance from local Taxi stand. Its 10-15 minutes walk up hills from bus station. Location is very quite & peaceful. The room provided also had glass balcony. Once can seat in balcony & enjoy beautiful view of mountain. There was no carpet on floors hence walking without shoes was nightmare at night.

Location is perfect & I am fully satisfied .

Perfection can not improve, but some points are there which hide all the unwanted problems.

Location was good, just a couple minutes walk from Subhash Chowk (2km below Gandhi chowk). The rooms on the floor below were under renovation. The top floor was very accessible from the road. It was quiet. The view of the Pir Panjal range from the lobby was breathtaking. The service was excellent. The boy Sonu was very prompt for everything. The food quality was good though the quantity wasn't as good. The variety of food was good, no non veg was served though. The included breakfast we got was worth 95 rs per person. Though the kitchen had limited timings (breakfast only from 8 am to 10 am and dinner only before 10 pm). The room that we got when we arrived wasn't as clean as the others but when we asked we were shifted there. The TV and Geyser were old but were functional. Geyser used to over heat sometimes.

Good experience. Food is good. Service is good. It is worth stay.

Location is standard. Quality of food served, room service all were good except that the room was infested with one/two rats, one of which bit me on the toe in the night, and there is no alternate light arrangement in case of power failure.

Good spacious room, near to main Subhash Chock market. Very good view from the hotel balcony. Overall very good experience.

Location is execellant but layout of rooms and toilets are very poorly planned. Can bocome ideal hotel with some minor renovation work.
