Excellent hotel, cooperative staffs. Room was very clean and well maintained. Never experience such a nice stay in moderate budget. Service was very quick. Staffs were very cooperative. They have travel desk also which is very efficient. They booked my ticket for Jaipur without any hassle. This is in prime location very close to Taj and Agra fort. I strongly recommend to choose this hotel if visiting Agra.

We stayed in Hotel Crystal Retreat for two nights. The location is convenient and the rooms spacious. It is not every where that one could enjoy breakfast with a view of the Taj. The place is good value for money and, when we decide to visit Agra again it will be Hotel Crystal retreat again for us.

The location of the hotel is best and the services of the hotel are really amazing. Food quality is also good. The front-office manager was very decent and he managed the breakfast for us at 06:30 am when their breakfast start time was 7:30 as per the norms. The condition of the room was excellent and the bathroom was very neat and clean. In every aspect, we found the hotel best and the real value for money.

Actually I will never stay there again, I could hear all the time sound of mice going around the ceiling and small insects failing from the ceiling. I will never go there again.
