Pleasant stay.

Hotel is a value for money option for Agra visitors.

This is a 3* hotel with a good service.However with the kind of amenities available it is overpriced. For e.g. we booked executive room and it had only one chair while it was a double room. Floor mats in the bathroom was there but very effective hence the bathroom was always watery. The soap dispenser was not working. The tea bags were only 2 in number. Pillows were too high and the bed sheet too rough.The good point was whatever the problem the hotel staff at least tried to resolve it. The food quality in the restaurant was good and tasty and reasonably priced. Overall if the price of the executive room for a night had been around 3000 rupees, it would have been appropriate.

Like most of makemytrip hotels I had booked, this one too, has excellent location and first grade cleanliness. Spacious rooms with spec and clean washrooms on one hand and very efficient and coperativer front desk with smile makes crystal inn excellent hotel . The pinch of salt is very high food prices and little slow reaction time for room service. Nevertheless, an excellent hotel in given price range.

Hotel is in a great spot very close to the TajMahal. Hotel is very clean; staffs are great and very helpful. Room was a little small, however very comfortable. Room service food was VERY nice! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

False expectations! When booking the hotel online we were expecting better quality and better service. The check in was ok, the room was ok, but not great. Clean enough but not very clean. The view out of the window is a great brick wall where pigeons nest... And we had really bad luck in that we arrived late after a very long train journey. We had called to let them know, but when we arrived we were told there was a party and we were given a room close to the access door. That resulted in cigarette smell all over the hallway and getting into our room. People were loud and although we were promised the party would end in half an hour, it went on till very late. The good things about the hotel is that there is wi-fi and a kettle in the room and a nice TV. It's ok, but not great...

The hotel was a bit outside the city center, which is good... as itÂ’s more peaceful. The hotel staff was courteous and good natured. The first room given to us didnÂ’t have very clean bed sheets, so on complain, our room was immediately changed with a much better room. The bedroom was of a good size. Bathroom was a bit small but functional. Complimentary breakfast was also good and also quite till late 10.30 AM. Overall a good hotel.

Rooms were not clean. Bed were full of bedbugs and no hot water. Too much noise of hotel worker till late night. Worse experience.

Located in a very clean neighborhood off the main road the hotel is very well maintained and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Would like to specifically mention the manager at the front desk, the manager of the retaurant in the basement and Rana - one of the staff in the restaurant. They genuinely made us feel welcome and cared for. The rooftop restaurant is a great place to dine under the open sky in a peaceful and tranquil environement. The rooms are clean, equipment and fittings are all new, the split airconditoner is quiet and precise ( a luxury which many a 5 star hotel falls short on). Just 2 kms from the eastern gate of the Taj Mahal it beats many a 5 star hotel in terms of proximity to the Taj. Space for car parking is abundant, there is a dormitory for the drivers too. All in all, excellent value for money. At the price I really couldn't expect more.
