Excellent hotel location.great service ,excellent food, very helpful front desk.I recommend this hotel to others.

All staff very pleasant. Services good. Restaurant gave good food. Reception especially was excellent. Need to give better instructions for reaching destination.

Rooms were OK but not at all value for money. Food was pathetic and we had to skip our dinner. Breakfast was OK. Overall, hotel rating should not go beyond 2 and will not recommend this to any of my friends.

Great location, real nice rooms, great value for money. But the hotel restaurant is a big let down, the complimentary breakfast they serve is also very substandard.

We were thrilled to be at this hotel. It was complete value for money and made us proud of being able to make the right choice with the help of MakeMyTrip and also the reviews given there in. For a change, our trust on the system was restored. The hotel was impeccable and it was a pleasure. I recommend that one should go for this hotel without any hesitation.

Apart from the amazing location, the hotel really impressed us with its efficiency, service parameters, and, above all, its warmth, hospitality, and its very welcoming disposition. The buffet breakfast could have been a little more elaborate and a couple of fresh juices on the menu will be a good idea. In all, Hotel Crystal Inn rocked!

The hotel is situated very close to the Taj and yet is away from the din and crowd of the city. The property is new and very tastefully done. The rooms are very clean hygienic. Good value for money. Only grey area is the food at the restaurant which is tasty but quite expensive. The complimentary breakfast on the contrary is not so good.

The hotel is located in a pretty quiet area, at a walking distance to the Eastern Gate of the Taj Mahal. The rooms were very clean and the service (houseboy, room service, restaurant, not reception!) very good. However, compared to other hotels in India within the same price range the hotel also had a couple of weaknesses: a late check out of 1-2 hours was only possible with a charge (50% of the price of one night), the price for internet is three times higher than in comparative hotels, the terms and conditions of the hotel are extreme (i.e. guests can be shifted to other rooms without prior notice or the room can even be cleared completely without prior notice). Especially the service at the reception was unflexible, not cooperative at all and not helpful. Room service and service in the restaurant were very good, also the food was good and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of different things (Indian and Continental).

Hotel's location is best. Staff is very courteous and humble. Food quality is good and service par excellence. Just improve the drainage system in washroom and hot water supply. Overall it was a nice experience.
